We had a few people come out to give us bids on refinishing and painting the eaves on our house, and most told us the wood was too damaged for the finish to ever look great. My daughter even tried removing the paint with a 7.5 amp sander and 40-grit paper with very little success. Jeff, on the other hand, clearly knew what he was doing.
